ACCEPTANCE OF TERMSWelcome to RawDog ("the App"), developed and operated by Unnecessary Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Burlington, Vermont, USA. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the RawDog app, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICERawDog is a focus-training game application that challenges users to maintain unbroken eye contact with their device screen. The App uses your device's front-facing camera and face-tracking technology to monitor attention and focus. Features include:- Real-time face tracking to detect when users look away or lose focus
- Three-second warning system when unfocused behavior is detected
- Session timing to track focus duration
- Score tracking and personal best times saved locally
- Global leaderboard for score comparison
- User profiles displaying personal statistics and score history3. ELIGIBILITYYou must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION4.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the App, you must create an account by signing in with either Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. Your account will be created automatically using your email address from your Apple or Google account upon successful authentication through these services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the sign-in process.4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.4.3 Username
The App automatically generates a username for you in the format @user + timestamp + random suffix. This username will be displayed on the global leaderboard when you post scores.5. CAMERA AND FACE TRACKING5.1 Camera Access
The App requires access to your device's front-facing camera to function properly. The camera feed is used exclusively for real-time face tracking and focus detection.5.2 Local Processing
All camera data is processed locally on your device and is NOT stored, uploaded, transmitted, or shared with any third parties. The camera feed is used only during active game sessions for immediate face tracking purposes.5.3 Consent
By using the App, you consent to the use of your device's camera for face tracking purposes as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.6. IN-APP PURCHASES6.1 Additional Lives
The App offers an in-app purchase that allows you to buy an additional life for $0.99 USD. This purchase enables you to continue your game session from where you left off after losing.6.2 Payment
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary in other countries.6.3 Non-Refundable
In-app purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. All sales are final.6.4 Restoration
Non-consumable purchases may be restored on the same Apple ID account across multiple devices.7. USER CONDUCTYou agree NOT to:- Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to hack, manipulate, or cheat the leaderboard or scoring system
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its systems
- Upload, transmit, or distribute any viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or servers8. GLOBAL LEADERBOARD8.1 Score Submission
When you choose to post your scores to the global leaderboard, your auto-generated username and score will be publicly visible to all App users worldwide.8.2 Content Standards
While usernames are auto-generated, you must not attempt to manipulate or modify your username to contain offensive, inappropriate, or misleading content.8.3 Right to Remove
We reserve the right to remove any scores or user accounts from the leaderboard at our sole discretion, including for suspected cheating, manipulation, or violation of these Terms.9. PHOTO LIBRARY ACCESSThe App may request permission to access your photo library to save game screenshots or results to a custom album called "RAWDOG." This feature is optional, and you may deny this permission without affecting core gameplay functionality.10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY10.1 Ownership
The App, including all content, features, functionality, software, code, designs, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Unnecessary Studios LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.10.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal device solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.10.3 Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, rent, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the App or any portion thereof.11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICESThe App uses third-party services, including but not limited to:- Firebase (Google) for authentication, database storage, and analytics

- Apple Sign-In for authentication
- Apple App Store for in-app purchasesYour use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services.12. - The App will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
- Results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable13.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UNNECESSARY STUDIOS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
- Any content obtained from the App
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content13.4 Maximum Liability
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.14. INDEMNIFICATIONYou agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unnecessary Studios LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:- Your use of the App

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION17.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.17.2 Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be settled by binding arbitration in Burlington, Vermont, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.17.3 Exception
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.17.4 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and us individually. To the full extent permitted by law, no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other, and there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.17.5 Jury Trial Waiver
YOU AND UNNECESSARY STUDIOS LLC AGREE TO WAIVE ANY CONSTITUTIONAL AND STATUTORY RIGHTS TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A TRIAL IN FRONT OF A JUDGE OR A JURY.18. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Unnecessary Studios LLC regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.19.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to reflect the parties' intention as closely as possible.19.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.19.4 Assignment

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Unnecessary Studios LLC only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Unnecessary Studios LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.21.2 Scope of License
The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control and as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.21.3 Maintenance and Support
Unnecessary Studios LLC is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.21.4 Warranty
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.21.5 Product Claims
Unnecessary Studios LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and use of the App, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, and intellectual property infringement claims.21.6 Intellectual Property Claims
In the event of a third-party claim that the App infringes another party's intellectual property rights, Unnecessary Studios LLC, not Apple, will be responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.21.7 Compliance with Laws
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.21.8 Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.---By using the RawDog app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
